Our missions
- Detect and develop young players capable of playing in elite football, with the aim of seeing them progress in the Challenge League, Super League, and even at international level.
- Maximize the potential of our players in the footballing, social and psychological areas.
- Placing players at the center of our development approach.
Our Partnerships
We work closely with all the clubs in the canton of Neuchâtel.
Detection
Our scouts and coaches detect talent through several main channels:
- Xamax Academy Scouts
- Open detection days
- ANF tournaments
- Junior Championship
Detection training and recruitment
Detected players are evaluated by our teams of scouts and coaches during specific training sessions from January to May.
Evaluation Criteria
We use the ASF “TIPS” criteria to evaluate players:
- Technique : fluidity, precision, dosage
- Gaming Intelligence : orientation, choices, game ideas
- Personality : confidence, motivation, respect
- Vitesse : explosiveness, dynamism, speed of execution
