A distinguished guest visited the Campus in Poissy this Friday. Licensed to PSG with whom he won the European Champion Clubs’ Cup in December and a big regular in the stands of the Parc des Princes, judoka Teddy Riner, three-time Olympic champion, was present at the Parisian club’s training center.
In particular, he attended the training sessions of the PSG women’s team and then the junior team and spoke with them.
Teddy Riner, who had surgery on his right elbow last Friday, wore a large splint. This did not prevent him from exchanging a few balls with the children of the PSG For Communities foundation or from scoring a strong penalty under the bar against the goalkeeper of the hopes.
-This visit marks his strong attachment to PSG. After his two Olympic titles (individual and team), he did not fail to thank his club.
“I would like to thank my presidents Nasser Al-Khelaïfi and Djamel Bourras, as well as the entire PSG and PSG judo family for your loyal support over the years,” he said. It is an honor and immense pride to represent this club which embodies values that are dear to me: excellence, perseverance and team spirit. Together, we shared great moments, and I am particularly proud to bring these two gold medals home with my club teammates. This victory is also yours. »
