The 15th day of the Challenger Pro League began this Friday evening. The leader, Zulte-Waregem, won at Club NXT, while the Francs-Borains shared the stake against Jong Genk.

In the Challenger Pro League, it is not yet this week that the RAAL will regain its co-leadership position lost following Deinze's withdrawal. Indeed, Zulte-Waregem won again this Friday evening.

However, it was a difficult trip that awaited Essevee, on the lawn of Club NXT, fifth. The goals of Joseph Opoku and Jelle Vossen, on an assist from the same Opoku, however allowed Sven Vandenbroeck's men to take cover. At the very end of the match, Matheus Machado even planted the third for Zulte (0-3, 90+3rd).

A success which allows Zulte to temporarily take a five-step lead at the top of the Challenger Pro League but, above all, to secure the lead at the end of this 15th day, regardless of the result of La Louvière in the clash facing the third in the series, the RWDM.

In the other meeting of the evening opposing two candidates to maintain, Karim Belhocine's Francs-Borains shared the stake against Jong Genk (2-2). Mirisola (0-1, 7th), Lavie (1-1, 11th), Nuozzi (1-2, 31st) and Dorian Dessoleil (2-2, 76th) are the scorers, while the RFB, via Lavie, missed the 2-1 ball, in the first half, from the penalty spot.

A division which allows the Francs-Borains to keep 11th place and three points ahead of Seraing, while Jong Genk, the first team virtually saved, is only a small step ahead of the Steelworkers.
