Liverpool helpless: a new Galactico on the way to Madrid

In La Liga, Real Madrid will travel to Rayo Vallecano on Saturday evening. But behind the scenes, the Spanish champions are already drawing up transfer plans. Thus, Real would be looking to conclude a top contract during the next summer transfer window.

The last few seasons have already been marked by a generational change at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The selection which had won the Champions League four times in five years was gradually dismantled. Stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos, Casemiro, Marcelo, etc. have left the Spanish capital in turn.

Last summer, Toni Kroos (retired) and Nacho (Saudi Arabia) were added to this list. However, the sports management ensured that new forces were ready to compensate for the departure of these big names.

Thus, monstrous talents like Vinicius Junior, Eduardo Camavinga, Rodrygo Goes, … arrived very early at the Bernabeu. In addition, the purse strings were opened for young stars like Jude Bellingham and Aurélien Tchouaméni.

Strengthening the defense

During the last transfer window, they went even further. After years of speculation, the arrival of Kylian Mbappé has been finalized. The best French striker left Saint-Germain for free.

In his shadow, Brazilian Golden Boy Endrick was also added to the team. But the thirst for transfer is not yet satisfied. Indeed, now that the attack line and the midfield are fixed for several years, eyes are turning to defense.

In this sector of the game Real wants to obtain reinforcements in the form of two stars free from any transfer. Alphonso Davies, whose contract with Bayern Munich is expiring, is already being tracked for the left flank. This interest has, however, cooled somewhat.

Liverpool tries everything for everything

For the right-back position, Arrows are heading to Trent Alexander-Arnold. The England international is a young product at Liverpool FC, where he is still considered one of the mainstays. But his contract also expires at the end of the season.

For the moment, Alexander-Arnold has not accepted the extension proposals. Plus, the chances of this changing soon seem slim. According to Relevo, Liverpool would do everything possible to keep Alexander-Arnold on board. But it hasn’t worked so far.

For its part, Real believes more and more in a happy outcome of the case. Concrete negotiations would begin in January for a free transfer at the end of the season.
