Round 2: is fixed

The U17 women’s national team will meet Scotland, Wales and Slovakia next spring during Round 2 of qualifying for Euro 2025.

With two draws against Bulgaria (0-0) and Croatia (1-1) as well as a victory over Italy (2-0) at the beginning of November, the French U17 women’s team had won their ticket for Round 2 of qualifying for Euro 2025, the final phase of which will be held in the Faroe Islands from May 4 to 17.

Placed in group A2, the Bleuettes will challenge Scotland, Wales and Slovakia. The matches will be played in spring 2025.

To reach the Faroe Islands, Mickaël Ferreira’s players will have to finish at the top of their group. The teams that finish in last place will be relegated to League B next season.

This European championship will also qualify for the next FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup 2025, scheduled for Morocco from October 17 to November 8.

  • Group A1 : Spain (title holder), Belgium, Iceland, Ukraine.
  • Group A2 : Scotland, Wales, Slovakia.
  • Group A3 : Italy, Czech Republic, Croatia, Georgia.
  • Group A4 : Switzerland, Poland, Türkiye, Hungary.
  • Group A5 : England, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden.
  • Group A6 : Norway, Portugal, Greece, Serbia.
  • Group A7 : Germany, Austria, Denmark, Kosovo.
