Grégory Hofmann makes his comeback to the Swiss team. The Zug striker is on the list of 24 players called to play the Euro Hockey Tour stage in Friborg from December 12 to 15.

Injured in the foot last February with the Swiss team, Grégory Hofmann returns to a selection which will face the Czech Republic, Finland and Sweden. The Jurassien will bring his experience to a team which will rely on two goalkeepers, Stéphane Charlin (Langnau) and Ludovic Waeber (Kloten), without a great past in the selection.

Stéphane Charlin is, however, one of the nine “survivors” of the selection which played in the Karjala tournament last month where they beat Sweden for the first time in sixteen matches. Switzerland will open its tournament against Sweden on Thursday December 12 at 7:45 p.m. She will face the Czech Republic on Saturday at 6 p.m. and Finland on Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
