INTERVIEWS Kiki Vanden Stock, the wife of Roger Vanden Stock, spoke about the health difficulties of her husband who has speech problems probably following a small brain hemorrhage. This is the reason why the former president of Anderlecht no longer speaks in public.
They no longer have or very little contact with the world of Football, this sport is no longer his priority, says his wife. He rarely watches Anderlecht matches, she adds that he did not suffer when the club was sold but the fact of having to pay for his drinks when he attended the match disappointed him.
The results of the RSCA hold particular attention in the eyes of Roger Vanden Stock, it has been seven years since Sporting was last champion and this saddens the former president. However, it is not his intention to return to the world of football, assures his wife.
The change of name of the stadium also made the former strong man of the RSCA suffer, they were not informed as Roger would have liked which would have made it possible to understand this necessity.
Roger Vanden Stock had advised his daughters to sell their shares in the club (3%) but they do not intend to do so. They want to keep these actions in memory of their grandfather.
