The Anouar Invest Group, via its subsidiary Anouar Al Mostakbal, has just announced the launch of Hadaiq Al Aman, a project which offers housing solutions meeting the growing needs of residents.
Located in Lissasfa, in the province of Nouaceur, this innovative project offers functional, accessible and sustainable housing solutions, meeting the pressing needs of populations while being part of a global approach aimed at eradicating unsanitary housing.
With the start of work in October 2024, Hadaiq Al Aman symbolizes a concrete commitment to improving the living environment of Moroccan citizens. Designed to provide 2,201 social housing units, the project stands out for its integrated approach. It combines not only modern and well-designed housing units, but also commercial infrastructure and quality public spaces.
This project is also part of an agreement signed with the Province of Nouaceur, Casablanca Sakane et Equipements, and the Regional Directorate of Housing and Urban Policy, responsible for reducing the unsanitary housing in the Casablanca-Settat Region. Hadaiq Al Aman also represents the development of a new district and participates in a national dynamic of urban transformation, in perfect harmony with government programs, the strategic objective of which is the eradication of precarious housing.
The accommodation offered as part of Hadaiq Al Aman is carefully designed to meet the realities of Moroccan families. Each unit has quality materials and a contemporary design, optimized for pleasant daily living. This project aims to establish an approach to social inclusion, thus strengthening the urban fabric by allowing populations to access decent housing.
A true economic magnet, Hadaiq Al Aman also plays a driving role in local development. With the integration of 387 businesses, the project creates opportunities for entrepreneurs while facilitating residents’ access to a multitude of local services. The project also includes 9,500 m² of offices, designed to accommodate businesses and professionals in a modern setting.
To meet the diverse requirements of the community, Hadaiq Al Aman plans 3,100 m² of private facilities spread over five R+2 lots. These spaces are intended to accommodate complementary activities. The development also includes important public infrastructure, such as a mosque, a school, as well as green spaces and sports fields.
It is worth noting that the delivery of Hadaiq Al Aman is scheduled for August 2026, meeting the growing demands for housing solutions in the region. Through this initiative, Anouar Al Mostakbal reaffirms its leadership position in building a more inclusive and sustainable future, by offering a global vision for the harmonious development of territories.
