Gold, silver and star medals… It’s a list of achievements that would make many people dream!
Le Moulin de la Touche and a family wine estate overlooking the Breton marshes and the Bay of Bourgneuf. Vincent Hérissé, winemaker at the head of the 16-hectare estate, can smile. It has just been rewarded by the jury during its participation in the national IGP wine competition of France.
This is how the 2023 Chardonnay from Moulin de la Touche wins the gold medal, the Groleau 2023 the silver medal, the Muscadet and the Chardonnay win a star.
We have been awarded medals for several years,
breathes the winegrower. Proof for us of a beautiful regularity in our quality of work”,
explains Vincent Hérissé.
In a national competition, being on local grape varieties with typical products from the Loire Valley is a great value.
Vincent Hérissé specifies: It’s now up to the general public to come and see if they share the jury’s opinion, during our open house on Saturday, November 30. After two months of work, come and discover our new space in vermilion red colors. On this occasion you will be able to taste wines and local products.
