The Attorney General at the Court of Appeal of Casablanca filed an appeal against the referral decision drawn up by the investigating judge in the case involving Mohamed Karimine, former president of the commune of Bouznika, and Abdelaziz El Badraroui, director general of the Ozone cleaning company and former president of Raja Casablanca, learned Hespress from judicial sources.

This appeal, revealed the same sources, was presented to the correctional chamber in order to introduce charges which had been dismissed.

The correctional chamber at the Court of Appeal should soon rule on this case, revise the initial decision and transmit it to the hearing, they underline again, noting that the judgment in this case should no longer take too long, contrary to others. other similar files.

Note that the investigating judge of the fourth chamber had repeatedly extended the detailed interrogation of the accused, a procedure which extended over almost eight months since their arrest.

As a reminder, Mohamed Karimine, former deputy and president of the commune of Bouznika, is being prosecuted for “misappropriation of public funds placed under the responsibility of a state official”, as well as for “falsification of documents and use of forgeries”.

Abdelaziz El Badraroui, general director of the Ozone company and former president of Raja Casablanca, is being prosecuted for “complicity in the embezzlement of public funds”, et “forgery and use of forgery”, while other charges had been dismissed.
