The English club want to sell him, after having sidelined him for more than a year for being suspected of having assaulted his girlfriend, who later withdrew her complaint before getting back together with him. At 22, he has in any case regained a convincing sporting level, knowing that he was key in keeping the club from the suburbs of Madrid in La Liga.
Longoria confident before negotiating with MU
If Getafe wants to keep him, Greenwood wants to look higher. No English club has positioned itself on him, but German, Spanish and especially Italian teams have pushed hard.
