Hilly, the 4th stage of theInternational LOTTO Tour of Thuringia Women created a big selection within the peloton. A group of around fifteen riders broke away and fought for victory in Mühlhausen, the latter going to the winner of the 2021 edition, Lucinda Brand ! Victorious in her third stage of this event (she had raised her arms twice three years ago), the Dutchwoman of the Lidl-Trek dominated his compatriot in the sprint Karlijn Swinkels (UAE Team ADQ), overtaken in the final meters. This is the second victory in three weeks for Lucinda Brand since she had won theElmos Through the Hageland on June 8th.

Like Italy two days ago in Gera, the Netherlands signed a hat-trick this Friday since they are the European champions. Mischa Bredewold (Team SD Worx-Protime) who took third place.
