Sasa Obradovic is no longer the coach of AS Monaco Basket! The Serbian technician has just been thanked by the principality club, almost three years after his arrival.
It was through a press release from the ASM that the news was officially announced.

Sasa Obradovic did not survive Monaco's defeat against Le Mans this weekend, and the club's mixed start to the season (seventh in the French championship, five wins – three losses, seventh in the EuroLeague, six wins – four losses ). Tension continued to rise around the coach and ASM therefore preferred to part ways with him. Pending the appointment of a new coach, assistant Manuchar Markoishvili will take over as interim coach.
Obradovic can still leave with his head held high because it was under his command that Monaco won its main championship titles. ASM won the French championship in 2023 and 2024, the Coupe de France in 2023, and even participated in the EuroLeague Final Four in 2023.
