La Gantoise should soon receive a new important check. Archie Brown could leave Planet Group Arena as early as January.
Archie Brown arrived at La Gantoise in the summer of 2023, when he was signed for four million euros from Lausanne-Sport, Switzerland. In the meantime, the left-back has become an indisputable starter at the Planet Group Arena.
He has already played 64 games for the Buffalos, in which he scored twice and provided eight assists. The 22-year-old English left-back, eager to take a step forward in his career, should no longer be left hanging in our championship.
Archie Brown would indeed like to leave, and that could happen as early as this winter. But La Gantoise would still like to obtain at least 12 million euros, which could pose a problem in the eyes of certain candidates.
There are, however, interested clubs. According to the Turkish media Fansone of the reference media in the country, Fenerbahçe would particularly like to initiate serious discussions with La Gantoise regarding the player trained at Derby County, in England.
The Buffalos will have to be tough in business if they want to pocket the 12 million euros hoped for. On the very popular site Transfer marketArchie Brown is estimated at 7 million euros, the price from which the Turkish club will try to negotiate.
