When you see hockey equipment ads, you expect to see players like Sidney Crosby, Alex Ovechkin, Connor McDavid or Auston Matthews.
All of these players are associated with CCM, but the hockey equipment manufacturer has just announced that Arber Xhekaj has joined its family.

It’s nothing too big, but it’s crazy to see a supporting player like Xhekaj have a video depicting him.
Since the start of the season, CCM has filled its social media with posts involving Sidney Crosby, John Tavares and Miro Heiskanen.
Xhekaj was already associated with CCM in some way. He was in a photo published in October by CCM, except he was blurry in the photo.
It should also be noted that Xhekaj already wore CCM equipment since the start of his NHL career. His helmet, stick, skates and gloves all displayed the three famous letters of the hockey world.
Although he’s still fighting for a spot on the Canadiens’ bottom defense pairing, Arber Xhekaj is a true crowd favorite. Montreal fans appreciate his physical play and his fights.
This is not the first time Arber Xhekaj has been featured in an advertisement. He presented a burger named “Le Shérif” by the microbrewery La Chambre in 2023, then he presented another of the same name in September with La Belle et la Bœuf.
This new combination is a little healthier than the last two.
We are still waiting for the first advert featuring him with his brother, Florian. I’m sure that would get a reaction!
