Manchester City were surprised by losing 2-1 at Bournemouth on Saturday. Antoine Semenyo (9th, 1-0) and Evanilson (64th, 2-0) put the locals in control, while Josko Gvardiol reduced the score (82nd, 2-1). But this match also marked an important return, that of Kevin De Bruyne.

This week, Pep Guardiola was quite enigmatic regarding Kevin De Bruyne’s injury. “He may not come back before the international break,” said the Spanish coach at a press conference during the week.

However, this Saturday, the Red Devil was on the scoresheet to face Bournemouth in the Premier League. De Bruyne remained on the bench the entire match but his return to the squad is already very good news. Jeremy Doku, for his part, came up 5 minutes from the end of regulation time.

In other Premier League matches, Ipswich and Leicester drew 1–1. Wout Faes played the entire match which saw Leif Davis (55th, 1-0) and Jordan Ayew (90th +4, 1-1) score the goals. Also note the rise to the game in the 80th minute of Bilal El Khannouss.

Orel Mangala and Everton were beaten 1-0 at Southampton. Adam Armstrong scored the only goal of the match (85th). Mangala played the entire match.
