Maine-et-Loire. Angers water polo winner of the 2024 sports movement quiz

The sports movement quiz, created in 2010 by the Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee 49 (CDOS), based in Ponts-de-Cé and Profession Sport et Loisirs, saw its epilogue last Thursday at the Crédit Agricole headquarters where 14 sports clubs from Maine-et-Loire selected competed.

Using electronic boxes, they answered in-depth questions about sport and sporting events. Seven cash prizes were awarded, including the first of €2,000, knowing that to apply you had to support your application on an internal project for each club.

The organizers took advantage of the Ifebsa student competition to establish questions related to the Olympic Games. During the finals, each club represented by four people had to answer 20 questions for the next result.

Angers water polo won in front of the Nyoiseau judo club, the 3e and 4e runners-up returning to AS des Ponts-de-Cé football and Sporting football club Sainte-Gemmes-sur-Loire.

Each year this competition is proposed by the CDOS, a head of the departmental sports network since it is the representative of the Olympic and Sports Committee as well as by Profession sport et leisure which provides services for sports clubs such as management or provision of staff.

The quiz allows you to create a link between clubs that would not otherwise meet. This year no less than 2,200 sports associations participated.
