SLIDESHOW – Watch the arrival of the Blues at the Château de Clairefontaine ahead of preparation for Euro 2024.

Rainy arrival, happy arrival? For N’Golo Kanté, no doubt. Back in the French team, the midfielder, true to form, wore a big smile on his arrival at Clairefontaine this Wednesday, on the occasion of the first gathering of the Blues and the start of preparation for the Euro. A smile specific to the majority of the Blues who arrived at the end of the morning under the Parisian gray of the Château de Clairefontaine.

Called up for the first time in Blue, Bradley Barcola was there, dressed in a sober suit for the occasion. Recently worried by physical problems, Kingsley Coman also arrived, as did the starting goalkeeper Mike Maignan, who unlike his Milan friends Olivier Giroud and Theo Hernandez, did not head to Australia for a tour promotional. Honored at the Globe Soccer Awards, where he was voted best player in the world, Kylian Mbappé arrived a little after his partners in Yvelines for his first international competition as captain.

Absent at Clairefontaine this Wednesday, Aurélien Tchouaméni, Ferland Mendy and Eduardo Camavinga are retained by Real Madrid to prepare for the Champions League final against Dortmund on Saturday in London (9 p.m.).
