Despite an injury which prevented him from taking part in the Atlas Lions rally, Brahim Diaz will indeed be present in the Oujda Honor Stadium to support his teammates on the sidelines of the confrontation against the Central African Republic, Saturday October 12, as part of the CAN 2025 qualifiers.
Since his injury which kept him away from the field and prevented him from appearing in Walid Regragui’s list to take part in the double confrontation against the Central African Republic, Brahim Diaz has been very present on social networks to support his compatriots in through encouraging messages.
The Real Madrid player, who did not fail to express his disappointment at not being present with the Atlas Lions, decided to travel to Madrid, where he resumed training in Oujda to attend the meeting. A great proof of patriotism which shows his attachment to his selection.
As a reminder, on September 14, the Moroccan left the field during the match against Sociedad, in the 25th minute, visibly affected by thigh pain, which led him to request an immediate replacement. Real Madrid later confirmed that Diaz was suffering from an adductor muscle injury in his right leg.
