A project born from the inability of the club and the Parisian town hall to agree on a possible sale of the Parc des Princes. The Parisian club, engaged until the end of 2043 in a thirty-year lease with the town hall, owner of the Parc des Princes, considers that the acquisition of the enclosure is essential to carry out its project of having a stadium ‘a capacity of 60,000 places, compared to around 47,000 currently.
