Big favorite, Brazil won its sixth futsal world title, the first in 12 years, by beating Argentina (2-1) on Sunday in the final in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The Seleçao, at the top of the FIFA rankings, mastered the game against Argentina, fifth in the world, who beat France in the semi-final (3-2). The Brazilians have not won a world title since 2012.

The Argentinians, reigning world vice-champions, conceded the two goals in the first period by Ferrao (6th, 1-0) and Rafa Santos (13th, 2-0) who gave the Brazilians confidence.
