Tyrese Maxey pulled off a miracle to save Philadelphia from elimination against the New York Knicks on Tuesday in the NBA. However, the Knicks led by 6 points 29” from the end of regulation time.

In a boiling and hostile Madison Square Garden, the young Tyrese Maxey (23 years old) had a huge match, his best in the play-off with 46 points and 9 assists. It allows the 76ers to only be led 3-2 in the first round of the play-offs by the Knicks, thanks to a 112-106 success after overtime.

Named last week as the player with the greatest progress of the year, Maxey especially shone during another crazy end to the match. Trailing by 6 points with 29 seconds to go, the Sixers snatched overtime thanks to two long-range shots from Maxey, the second from far behind the arc.

Once again insulted by the public at Madison Square Garden, Joel Embiid stood out with a triple double (19 points, 16 rebounds, 10 assists) and a bad gesture on Jalen Brunson (40 points Tuesday) which almost cost the match to its formation in overtime.

The Bucks can believe it

Despite being deprived of injured Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard, the Bucks also extended their season by returning to 2-3 against the Pacers. Milwaukee won 115-92 on its floor Tuesday, thanks in particular to 29 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists from Khris Middleton. Finally, Cleveland regained the advantage (3-2) against Orlando thanks to a narrow success (104-103).
