Dakhla hosts the 14th Kitesurf World Cup and the 3rd Wingfoil World Cup

Take part in these two world eventsorganized by the Dakhla Lagoon Association for the development of sport and cultural animation under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and with prize money of 40,000 euros, some 70 elite athletes representing 17 countries. In the Kitesurfing category, Airton Cozzolino, James Carew, Matchu Lopes, Sebastian Ribeiro, Pedro Matos et Gabriel Benettonas well as four Moroccan champions including Ali Bekkali et Maji Mounim will be there.

In the Wingfoil category, Malo Guenole, Cash Berzolla, Wesley Brito Hugo Marin Nia Suardiaz, Elena Moreno et Bowien Van der Lindenas well as the Moroccan champion Hamouda Houine will be in the running for the title.

And national championship will also be organized for around twenty Moroccan athletestwo of which will be chosen in the Kitesurfing category and one in Wingfoil to represent Morocco in the World Cups.
