Montalbanaise-Lacapelle Marival Sports Union, today Sunday, at 3 p.m., in (Sapiac stadium). Referee: Mr. Valentin Billard.

After a long off-season of around six months, due to non-qualification for the final phases, the green and black are eagerly returning to competition, this Sunday, in Sapiac, against Lacapelle-Marival. For more than two months, the Sapiacaines have been training very seriously, and diligently, under the orders of a brand new staff made up of Laura Escande for the forwards, Benjamin Pabois for the back lines, and Mélanie Béziat as physical trainer, and specialist in touch and scrum. This time they hope to qualify, but it is far from being done, in a complicated group. Indeed, only the first two teams in the group qualify for the quarter-finals of the Ligue d’/Fédérale 2 championship. The four teams in the semi-finals will then qualify for the French championship. Furthermore, the nine teams not qualified at the end of the first phase have the possibility of participating in the “Coupe Occitanie pour Elles” Challenge. Registrations are done on a voluntary basis.

The composition. The USM should have the following configuration: Mélodie Fauviau, Gwenaëlle Castagné, Graziella Kothé; Léna Nicolle, Chloé Rouziès; Inès Gasparotto, Loane Ostengo, Charlène Walter; Oriane Courtois (m), Emma Battistella (o); Lou Hironde, Emma Be, Amandine Kessler, Clara Vidal; Haylee Viiga. Substitute: Laura Thedié.
