BMW, which is a partner of Real Madrid, has just revealed the models made available to the club’s various players. Thibaut Courtois is one of the lucky ones and will be able to drive a BMW XM in the coming weeks.
Having a car manufacturer as a partner can be a great advantage for a football club. Firstly, because the financial contribution is considerable, but also because it allows the club to treat its players with gifts that they appreciate. As every year, BMW has therefore announced the vehicles made available to the players of the Spanish club Real Madrid.
A famous racing car
Each player was able to choose from the German manufacturer’s electric range. Of course, Thibaut Courtois was also able to make a choice. Our compatriot is one of the many players to have opted for the BMW XM. This plug-in hybrid car reaches 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and offers 653 hp in the hood. Its price? 179,900 euros, no less. The Belgian opted for the SUV version, like Kylian Mbappé, Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo, Modric and Carvajal. Güler, Militao and Brahim took the same, but in a sedan.
Two players will settle for a more modest model, the iX2, namely Rüdiger and Tchouaméni. The car is “only” worth 58,550 euros. Carlo Ancelotti treated himself to a BMW i5 M60 xDrive worth 114,450 euros. Finally, Vinicius, the club’s Brazilian star, took an i7 M70, billed at 186,650 euros. That will please everyone.
