Real Madrid. Out for three weeks due to injury, which matches will Kylian Mbappé miss?

This Tuesday, September 24, Real Madrid won against Alavès (3-2). Once again a scorer, Kylian Mbappé was forced to leave the stadium due to discomfort in his left leg. After examinations, the club revealed that the Madrid number 9 was affected in the biceps femoris. An unavailability of three weeks is expected. The French international is expected to miss six matches, including four with Real Madrid.

Starting this weekend, Kylian Mbappé will miss a big confrontation with Real Madrid’s “trip” to Atletico for the Madrid derby (September 29). Only three days later, the second day of the Champions League will take place. Here too, the striker will miss the trip to and will therefore not play against his brother, who arrived last summer at the northern club (October 2).

Back for a big sequence

Then comes a new Liga match with the reception of Villarreal (October 5), before the international break, where two Nations League matches will be played. Didier Deschamps’ men will then have to do without their usual captain against Israel (October 10) and Belgium (October 14).

If all goes well for Kylian Mbappé, he should make his return for the trip to Celta Vigo on Saturday, October 19. But he could also be saved for the next round of matches, with many important matches for Carlo Ancelotti’s men (trips to Dortmund on October 22, then receptions of Barça on October 26 and AC Milan on November 5, among others).

The absence of Kylian Mbappé should benefit certain players like the Turkish Arda Güler, who could therefore benefit from relatively more playing time.
