Nicolas Pallois gave his opinion on the young people coming from the training at FC Nantes and he is rather complimentary about this succession close to the expected and hoped for level.
If Antoine Kombouaré currently only gives them very moderate confidence in terms of playing time, FC Nantes has for the first time in many years a generation of talented footballers from its Football academy. Generation which was champion of France and which reached the semi-finals of the Youth League last year.
Veteran of the Canaries squad, Nicolas Pallois spoke at a press conference about the many young people he meets on a daily basis at Jonelière and the experienced defender is rather a fan of what he sees…
“They are in good spirits, balanced, they listen”
“Herba (Guirassy) had a very good comeback in Brest,” notes the native of Elbeuf, who believes that these young people “work well in training”: “They have to toughen up a little because they are 18 or 19 years. They respond. I'm 17 or 18 years apart from them! You have to guide them a little. They are in good spirits, balanced, they listen.”
-If the fight for the permanent maintenance of FC Nantes necessarily slows down the launch of certain talents like Guirassy, Leroux, Assoumani or Acapandié, we hope that in the future the latter will have a better space of expression than the simple Coupe de France for show off.
