Rising turnover and falling salaries
As of June 30, 2024, LOSC Lille declared a turnover (CA), excluding operations on the transfer market, of 83.7 million euros, distributed as follows: €47.1 million in TV rights, 19.5 million from commercial partnerships, 15.1 million from ticketing, 1 million from merchandising and the remaining million from other products. This turnover is 19% higher than the previous season.
Furthermore, the northern club reduced its payroll by 3.4% over one year, from 70.439 million euros, social charges included, to 68.071 million as of June 30, 2024. More broadly, operating costs fell by 2% to 144.137 million at the last report. If the net result is lower, it is because trading generated less income last season than the previous one.
