LOSC: Bruno Genesio thanks Akim Zedadka and meets Ousmane Touré

LOSC began its winter transfer window with two departures, those of Akim Zedadka and Ousmane Touré, for whom Bruno Genesio had a few words this Thursday, in front of the press.

The transfer market started smoothly for LOSC, which waited a few days before recording its first movements. Ousmane Touré (19 years old) was the first to set sail. Coming from the training center, he had been fighting since the start of the season to seek playing time. This, three appearances in all competitions, was however not enough for him to flourish and continue his progress. He was therefore loaned to , where he will try to find a place in National, the third division of French football.

“Ousmane (Touré) joins a good club with a coach that I know wellbegins Bruno Genesio, when he was invited to discuss the case of his young protégé.
He will have the opportunity to express himself at a higher level than that of the reserve (National 3) here. I think it’s something important for a young player, given the little playing time he had with us, to have minutes and to find competition again. This will allow him to evolve for next seasonhe thus arranges to meet him. Was there already contact since the start of the season? I don’t know about that. »

“I would like to greet Akim”

A few hours later, LOSC went from a loan to a permanent transfer. On the sidelines of the group for many months, he has only played 12 matches since his arrival in the summer of 2022 and none this season, Akim Zedadka (29 years old) was recruited, freely, by Piast Gliwice in Poland. Bruno Genesio, who worked with him for more than six months, wanted to thank him for his involvement despite his status.

“For Akim (Zedadka), it was in quotes expected. There were discussions with him regarding a possible departure. I would first like to greet him through this press conference because that he showed, until the end, a very good state of mind despite the difficulty of his situation. I wish him good luck in his next challenge”thus launched the technician in front of the media, on the eve of a duel with AJ (10/01, 9 p.m.) in Yonne.
