This Sunday, PSG will play its first match of 2025 against AS Monaco for the Champions Trophy. Eager to rally the troops before entering a pivotal second part of the season, Luis Enrique decided to call on his entire group, and included the young Axel Tape (17 years old).
The PSG has completely revolutionized the way it operates. After the stars, the capital club decided to trust the youth, all under the orders of Luis Enrique. And one of the great missions of the Spaniard upon his arrival in Paris in July 2023, was to renew a bond of trust between the first team and the young people at the training center.

But the Parisian coach and his staff also tested several young people, like Naoufel El Hannachor even more recently Mahamadou Sangaré et Axel Tape. The second had even been summoned by Luis Enrique for the reception of Toulouse au Princes Park (November 22, 2024).
