A goalkeeper arrives, an OM player in the sights

It’s already going in all directions towards RC Lens. A goalkeeper would be on the verge of arrival while an OM defender would be targeted.

While Brice Samba is expected to join Stade Rennais in January, RC Lens is looking for the French international's successor. The Sang et Or club would be on the verge of recruiting Jean Butez, who played for LOSC and who now plays for Royal Antwerp, in Belgium. For the moment, the amount of this transaction has not been communicated, nor the date of the proposed contract.

The Lensois transfer window does not stop there. According to information from the Teamthe Northern club would have an eye on Lilian Brassier. Recruited last summer by Olympique de Marseille, the former Brest player has disappointed since his first steps in the OM jersey. A departure this winter cannot be ruled out and the Phocaeans have set their price: €11 million.

On the Lens side, this recruitment could correspond to the replacement of Jonathan Gradit who, like Brice Samba, should join Stade Rennais shortly.
