Carried away by a heart attack
“Manchester City have learned the tragic news of the death of one of their supporters following a medical incident during yesterday's match. The thoughts of all club members are with his family and friends at this incredibly difficult time,” we can read in a letter also relayed on the club’s official website.
The victim was aged 70 and died of a heart attack, according to information also noted in the British media. Those close to him testify to his fervor, never since August 2003 and the move of the Cityzens to the Etihad Stadium has the person concerned left his seat empty during a Skyblues meeting.
