Gyökeres, PSG’s plan B revealed!

Little by little, the 2024-2025 winter transfer window is getting closer (January), so rumors around Saint-Germain are accumulating. Today it is PSG Inside Act which ensures that there is interest in Alexander Isak, 25-year-old striker from Newcastle (contract until 2028) and Sweden, for next summer.

« PSG have already made contact with the player's entourage. »

« Paris Saint-Germain, always looking for talent to strengthen its squad, would have set its sights on Alexander Isak in case of failure of Rooted from Sporting, the Swedish striker from Newcastle United. According to sources close to the club, PSG would seriously consider making an offer for Isak during the next summer transfer window.

Although discussions are still at a preliminary stage very recently, PSG have already contacted the player's entourage to express their interest. Parisian leaders see Isak as an ideal complement to their attack.

« PSG is ready to put in the necessary resources to attract Isak.«

Newcastle, who invested heavily to attract the Swede, will not let their player go easily. In addition, competition from other major European clubs could complicate negotiations. However, PSG is ready to put in the necessary means to attract Isak at the Parc des Princes. »

Isak as plan B for Viktor Gyökeres (26 years old, Sporting Portugal and Sweden), it's not unthinkable. It could even be on an almost equal level, since the profile is different. In any case, he is an interesting player, who is not yet with a major contender in the Champions League and who could be open to a new project.

However, we remain cautious, rumors are multiplying around PSG without the slightest official confirmation. We therefore wait for a minimum of concrete information before particularly believing in a path. There are few who should just move forward a little this winter, without necessarily closing down.

Let's wait to see more clearly, the month of January is still far away in terms of the transfer window.
