Tours and Saint-Jean offer themselves the feat against Cesson and Versailles

Definitely the Cup of all possibilities! This Saturday, November 30, as part of the eighth round of the Coupe de France, Tours FC and Union Saint-Jean, two residents of Regional 1, eliminated hierarchically superior teams to qualify for the 32nd final. Opposed to Cesson (National 3), the TFC first put on a show in the first period at the Vallée-du-Cher stadium. From the second minute, Randazzo put his troops on the right track, before being imitated by Badirou at the half-hour mark (31st). And to top it all off, a third goal, from a free kick, was scored by Abdallah in the final minutes (86th, 3-0). The icing on the cake for the TFC!

And what about the Union Saint-Jean! For the first 8th round in its history, the other resident of Regional 1 took the scalp of FC Versailles 78, a National club. Here too, everything started strong with the opening score of Capdeville (2nd) then a second goal from Rafion for the locals (29th), who were able to hold on after the reduction of the score by Basque (55th, 2-1) at back from the locker room. The epic also continues for the USJ!
