Jorge Sampaoli already has ideas for the winter transfer window

And it seems that Jorge Sampaoli, who wants to repatriate a former Marseille player, already has well-defined ideas about what he expects from the next transfer window. Indeed, according to L'Équipe, the Argentinian has already submitted a list of his expectations to Rennes management.

While he prefers to play with a three-man defense, Sampaoli would therefore prioritize the recruitment of a new center to consolidate his defense. Then, he would require the purchase of a technical midfielder capable of being decisive, a profile which Rennes has been sorely lacking in recent times.

Then, as when he arrived at OM, the coach would not wish to rely solely on Steve Mandanda, who has already been warned, and would have already requested the recruitment of a goalkeeper who would stick more to his style of play. So here is the three profiles desired by Jorge Sampaoli who is therefore expecting at least three recruits. It remains to be seen whether the Rennes management will be inclined to provide them.
