not without difficulty, OL won in

Dominant but uninspired, OL women beat without brilliance this Saturday (0-3). The Lyonnaises remain at the top of D1.

Joe Montemurro was keen not to upset his team too much in Le Havre this Saturday. Even against the bottom of the Premier League, the OL coach lined up an 11 with quite a few usual starters. However, his players had a hard time getting into rhythm and confusing the opposing rearguard.

It's quite simple, there was no clear action to remember before the 35th minute of play. This is the moment chosen by Wendie Renard to place his head on a corner. An attempt that the Le Havre goalkeeper pulled off magnificently. The Fenottes then showed themselves to be more pressing, with Sara's strike Däbritz (41st), and finally, the release, on yet another corner. With the love of a rolled-up balloon, Amel Majri opened the scoring and freed Olympique Lyonnais (44th, 0-2).

But that doesn't make us forget the overly long sequences of sterile possession, the poorly adjusted crosses or the technical approximations. The reigning French champions also seemed to lack juice, not putting enough pace. We cannot honestly say that the second act was better, even if Eugénie The Sommer doubled the lead on a school action in the 65th minute (0-2), a few moments after a goal refused for offside to the scorer (57th).

Still sluggish, the Rhodaniennes still scored a sublime goal, through Vicki I drink on a Madjer, after a good service from Tabitha Hello (82nd, 0-3). A relief, because six minutes earlier, the Normandes came close to reducing the score with a beautiful save from Christiane Ender. The latter also delivered a very decent performance. Red lantern of the championship, the oldest club never closed the game and managed several interesting ball releases. Gradually, the HAC still left more and more space, which Daniëlle's teammates van Donk have not always been used well.

From this trip to Le Havre, we will remember the success, the 12th in 13 games for OL, but also the returns of Ada Hegerberg and Selma Youth. The striker played 25 minutes, while the left side returned for the last quarter of an hour. Now it's time for the international break, which will concern many female footballers. For Olympique Lyonnais, competition resumes on December 6 in , still with first place in D1 in their pocket.
