Platini's scathing new outing on VAR

Michel Platini has never been a fan of VAR. On the other hand, I must note that this tool is quite effective for offside. So there are pros and cons but I would never have instituted it. It didn't solve the problems, it moved them.“

Platini is still against VAR!

And obviously, the former captain of the France team has not changed his mind. Questioned today by Tuttosport and Sport Mediaset, he once again expressed his doubts: “VAR? I'm against it, she doesn't do things well. I would only use it to measure offsides. For fouls, I would leave it to the referees to decide” he explained before commenting on Juventus, a club that he still holds in his heart: “How am I Juve? From afar.
