To close the second edition of the Catering Label, the Professional Football League brought together the clubs yesterday, Thursday November 14, during a label award ceremony.
Based on several objective criteria common to all Ligue 1 McDonald's and Ligue 2 BKT clubs, such as infrastructure, hygiene, eco-responsibility, customer satisfaction or even the quality of the offer and taste, these distinctions are available in three levels of excellence: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Only 21 clubs were rewarded among the 38 competing in the two championships. Among them, AS Saint-Étienne is happy to have been able to confirm its Silver rank distinction and proud to rank in fifth position. An excellent ranking which rewards the investments made by the club over several months, such as the redevelopment of rue Henri-Point, the multiplication and streamlining of points of sale as well as the work carried out on the ranges of products offered and customer service. .
To continue its development, AS Saint-Étienne regularly surveys its supporters through its post-match satisfaction surveys, which allow the club to constantly improve its “Food & Beverage” offer.
