LOSC officially made its anniversary jersey available for sale at the end of October. This one is divisive, generating comments that are as much rave as they are sharply critical.
Unveiled on October 25, the “80 years of LOSC” event jersey is a white tunic with red details, inspired by the 40s and 50s when the Mastiffs wrote the first pages of their history. The “fleur de lys” coat of arms is also embroidered on the heart, which the LOSC players will proudly wear during the reception at Stade Rennais upon return from the international break.
We recently surveyed you about it, to determine if it had left an impression on the Lille community. Suffice to say that the responses were mixed, both in your votes and in comments: “What a lack of originality, it’s blandsays a Lille supporter, followed by another. Could do much better… For 90 year olds perhaps”quips another. These criticisms also exist in the opposite direction: “A banger!” I really don't understand people who don't like it. Classy, refined, respect for historical colors…we can also read.
Gorgeous “adds a second. These comments reflect the mixed results of the survey carried out with 47% (218 people) convinced and 41% (190 people) disappointed. Cleaving.

However, nothing is ever white or black, but everything is rather gray. You have to know how to demonstrate nuances: “The jersey itself is quite bland (in my opinion the 75th anniversary jersey was better) and it would have been much more beautiful with the red crest and possibly the NB logo in red as well. It's the set with the collector's box, the certificate, the scarf and the unique flocking that make it a very, very beautiful piece. There was really research and for once, we can say bravo to LOSC”analyzes one last Lille supporter, to conclude with a constructive criticism.
