'He can go', Mourinho urged to leave Fenerbahçe

After tackling Turkish football, Mourinho is rebuffed by Muslera, Galatasaray goalkeeper.

As usual, José Mourinho does not need to be asked to say what he thinks. During his team's victory against Trabzonspor (3-2) on November 3, the Fenerbahçe coach sharply criticized the refereeing as well as Turkish football as a whole. THE Special One notably denounced a red card and a penalty not awarded, believing “playing against a system”.

Mou's comments did not fail to provoke a reaction
Fernando Muslera, Galatasaray goalkeeper. The Argentine international, who has defended the Istanbul colors since 2011, urged the Portuguese to leave if he is not satisfied with what he finds in the Süper Lig.

Muslera responds to Mourinho

“His insults towards Turkish football and his attacks against certain referees are things that disturb me. This is the first time in 14 years that I have felt compelled to express myself in this way. I have won 17 trophies in 14 years. Considering my contribution, my goal has always been to advance Turkish football.”said the South American goalkeeper.

“If Mourinho, who arrived here four months ago, criticizes Turkish football and if he doesn't like it, he can leave even if no one says anything. I think now we can tell him something. We need to pay a little more attention to those who move Turkish football forward,” added Muslera.
