Mercato: Surprise, PSG is preparing a comeback!

Sent on loan to Stade de , an opportunity which should allow him to accumulate playing time and refine his experience in Ligue 1, Gabriel Moscardo does not play. Things are not going as hoped for the promising talent: his appearances on the field are rare, far from initial expectations. Faced with this situation, PSG is already looking into new options for the future of its player. An important decision could well be looming with a return on the horizon.

The PSG now seems determined to rejuvenate its workforce by relying on recruitment focused on young talents. Luis Campos, in charge of sports strategy, seems to have a precise vision of what he wants to build in the capital. However, some of these young recruits are struggling to find a place. Among them, Gabriel Moscardoa 19-year-old Brazilian defensive midfielder. Recruited for the sum of €20 million last January, he only joined the Parisian squad at the start of the summer. But, faced with tough competition in the midfield of PSGthe young player failed to win. To give him a chance to play more regularly, he was loaned to Reims stadiumwhere he hoped to get playing time. However, the Champagne adventure is not going as planned for the former São Paulo, who is struggling to shine in his new club and who could already return to the capital this winter .

Moscardo didn't play a single minute

Gabriel Moscardo has still not set foot on the grounds of Ligue 1 this season. The hip injury which kept him away from the field in September of course slowed down his debut, but even recovered, the young Brazilian talent of 19 years does not seem to figure in the priorities of Luka Elsner. Since his return, the coach has not given him any minutes of play, which is enough to annoy the PSGowner of the player and eager to see him progress to the highest level. Expectations around the prodigy remain high, but the lack of playing time could well become a point of tension between the two clubs.

Moscardo already back?

According to information from The Teamthe PSG would seriously consider terminating the loan of Gabriel Moscardo this winter. Lacking playing time Reimsthe young Brazilian talent could be offered a new destination in January if his current situation does not improve. The ball is now in the court Luka Elsnercoach of Reims stadiumwho will decide whether they want to further integrate the 18-year-old midfielder into their plans in the coming weeks. In the event of status quo, the PSG should look to reposition his promising prospect at a club where he could finally express himself fully on the pitch.
