OL: 14 ME sent for a Brazilian crack, Textor validates everything

OL did not skimp on resources last summer during the transfer market. And according to certain reports in Brazil, John Textor has not finished doing crazy things.

John Textor had promised to invest massively for OL in recent weeks. The American businessman did not lie and took out his wallet during the summer transfer window. Textor does not intend to stop there if there are good deals to be had, particularly in South America. In Brazil, he is also the owner of Botafogo and many presidents have to deal with him. It could well be that in the coming months, the OL boss will still line up millions to secure the services of a Brazilian crack, namely Rayan, an 18-year-old left winger playing for Vasco da Gama.

OL attack, but there is a big but

According to information from GloboOL have just made an offer of 14 million euros to the Brazilian club to secure the services of the native of Rio de Janeiro. In the operation, a little more than 2 million euros would be reimbursed to John Textor's team, due to a debt that Vasco owes to Thairo Arruda, general director of Botafogo, for having served as an intermediary in the sale of SAF Vasco to 777 Partners. It should be noted, however, that a major problem is currently present concerning Operation Rayan at OL, as the Brazilian media points out. The reason? The fact that OL have too many foreign players in their squad. Aware of this situation, John Textor is also pushing for the arrival of the young Brazilian at Molenbeek, another club he owns. But the Belgian team, which plays in D2, is not considered interesting by Rayan and Vasco da Gama. If really wants Rayan, they will have to free up space this winter during the transfer window or let it go. At the end of his contract in December 2025 with Vasco, the Brazilian U17 international is a very tempting move for Les Gones. But the complexity of the deal exists in this XXL file.
