D2F – D7: No rebound after the Derby and a defeat at for LOSC

Traveling to this Sunday, the women's section of LOSC failed to bounce back following its defeat in the Derby du and conceded a second consecutive setback (2-0).

Hindered in their progress by injuries and suspensions, the LOSC women traveled to Le Mans with anger between their teeth, revenge following the defeat suffered against RC at home during their last outing. This desire alone was nevertheless not enough to achieve a result and, after a shot above Kedie Johnson during the second act (68′), they fell into hostile territory. Les Mancelles opened the scoring from a corner with a tense shot deflected into the cages by the defense (70′). They quickly doubled the lead, taking advantage of a lack of communication to hit the mark (77′) and kill the last hopes of the Mastiffs.

In difficulty at Le Mans, the women's section of LOSC lost (2-0) and had a third consecutive match without success. It is provisionally positioned in fifth place in the ranking with eight points gleaned in seven days of the Second League. The good news of the day, there is one, concerns Julie Pian, back on the field after a month of absence due to injury.
