Underused by Carlo Ancelotti and now excluded from the Brazilian selection, Endrick is going through a difficult period in his start to his Madrid career.

Football can quickly take you to the greatest heights, but can collapse just as quickly. Endrick's experience at Real Madrid is starting to look like it.

At just 17 years old, he was one of the most hyped footballers on the planet. He left Palmeiras for Real Madrid at just 18 years old and hoped to be part of the quality team led by Carlo Ancelotti.

However, the competition was tougher than ever at Casa Blanca. The signature of Kylian Mbappé complicated Endric's situationk within the club. Since his tenure against LOSC, no longer appeared in the Real Madrid jersey. A situation which worried the club's supporters.

According to the Spanish press this Friday, Florentino Perez made no secret of his displeasure with Endrick's treatment. Perez believes the striker is underutilized at the club, even though competition is tight.

Endrick removed from Brazilian selection

On the international level, the situation is just as complicated for the young player. Brazilian coach Dorival has decided not to call Endrick for the matches against Venezuela and Uruguay.

Real Madrid have a busy schedule ahead. He first faced Valencia in La Liga, before hosting AC Milan in the Champions League. With a defeat against Lille in their last match in Europe, Ancellotti's men will be hoping to get back on track. It's unclear if Endrick will be part of Ancellotti's plans in the future…
