R3 Plouvorn – Landi FC, Sunday (3 pm)
“The results are positive in this relatively homogeneous championship,” agrees Milian Barnois, R1 physical trainer during the last exercise, and arrived on the reserve bench in the off-season. The technician, who attaches great importance to the notion of pleasure, praises the state of mind of his group, “receptive and hardworking”, and also very young. « U18s are integrated gradually, and they are supervised by experienced players (including Thomas Loaëc). This year, the operation of our R3 is modeled on that of R1, with three sessions per week and an identical methodology. This allows our players to perform better. But we take the time to train our youngest elements, the gap with R1 being significant, and we strive to maintain a positive dynamic ».
Obviously, the lights are green before the reception of Landi FC this Sunday. “The goal is to finish as high as possible, and why not hope for something at the end of the season?», confides Milian Barnois.
