FC: New major announcement after the sale

The current president of the PFC thus assures that he will remain in office for the next three seasons in order to ensure the transition with the Arnault family who will therefore obtain 80% of the shares of the Parisian club in 2027.

As expected, Paris FC has entered a new dimension. The leader of Ligue 2 just announced the arrival of the family Arnault as well as Red Bull in the club’s capital. The objective is clear, namely to first increase Ligue 1then become the main competitor of PSG by establishing itself as the second major Parisian club.

The sale of Paris FC is official

Through a press release, the Paris FC therefore announced that he had entered “ in exclusive negotiations » with Agache, the holding company of the French billionaire Bernard Arnaultowner of LVMH. The PFC adds that he will “ will write a new page in its rich history with the Arnault family and Red Bull which has also entered into negotiations for the acquisition of a minority stake “. For the moment, the family is entering the capital of PFC up to 55% while Red Bull will therefore be a minority shareholder with 15% of the shares. Therefore, Pierre Ferracci retains 30% of his shares and president for three seasons as he confirmed.

Ferracci will keep his position for 3 years

« I will keep part of the capital while remaining president for the next three years. But the Arnault family will be in the majority, and will have an absolute majority. And Red Bull will have something around 15% when the process is finalized. When we reach a new stage in three years with my exit from the capital of the presidency, the ratio will roughly be a little over 80% for the Arnault family », he assures at the microphone of Canal+.
