Loaned by LOSC to Annecy, Trévis Dago continues his progress at a level he had not experienced before and took advantage of a friendly match to experience his first start this Friday.
The sequence of meetings and overloaded calendars are issues regularly raised in the media. However, this only concerns the elite of the elite of European football. When international truces are a source of anxiety for some, who fear seeing new problems within their workforce, others consider it a favorable period for work. This is particularly the case in the second division where certain teams, like FC Annecy, have played a friendly match in recent hours.
Trévis Dago (19 years old), on loan from LOSC, took advantage of this opportunity, a duel with FC Lausanne Sport, to experience his first tenure under his new colors. The young Dogue played 83 minutes during this game won by the Swiss team (1-2), which included elements such as Konrad de la Fuente, former player of Olympique de Marseille, or Teddy Okou (26 years old), passed through the LOSC training center (2018-2020). Noah Lemina (30′) is the only local scorer, imitated by Konrad de la Fuente (29′) and Oviedo (86′) among the Helvetians from the canton of Vaud.
Away from prying eyes, in Ligue 2, Trévis Dago is gradually gaining playing time. For the moment, he has a super-sub profile which allows him to stand out, as in Bastia where he opened his goal counter. He has featured in six of FC Annecy’s last seven outings, now accumulating 106 minutes in the second national tier.
“We had a lot to do. There was still a team used to D1 games in Switzerland facing us. I found that we created opportunities. Certainly, they had too. We gave in at the end of the match, but we could also have taken the advantage. It was interesting, I was able to see interesting things which gave me additional information”launched Laurent Guyot, coach of FC Annecy, at the final whistle of the match. Now let’s hope that these interesting things concern Trevis Dago. FC Annecy returns to the joys of Ligue 2 on Saturday September 19 with a less than obvious trip to Lorient.
