Scarf flocked in the team colors, Mélanie Oliveira, 34 years old, resident of Bourg-en-Bresse, has been following them for 2 years, she is delighted: “We were a little surprised that they came to play in Ain, so much the better for us it allows us to see them without going to . Even if when we go to see a match in the OL stadium, it remains magic.” Charline Gauthier, Nathalie Dupont and Cécile Vavin share her enthusiasm: “Today they are playing at home for us.”

“What they do makes a lot of little girls dream”

Mélanie Oliveira came with her daughter-in-law and her partner. “Her sister plays in the U16 team for the Bourg team, we also came to watch her. She is a ball boy this evening,” she said proudly. She is also there to support this team, of which she is a fan: “They need us to follow them and show them that what they do is what a lot of little girls dream of.

Charline, Nathalie and Cécile also follow their ball collector daughters: “They come on the field and they are very happy.”

During women’s football matches, a better atmosphere?

The supporters interviewed are unanimous: “There is a lot more fair play and respect during a women’s football match, evokes Charline Gauthier. I really prefer women’s football to men’s football. There is much less aggression. »

They are accessible and very nice with the girls. One thing is certain, the OL players put on a great show for the Burgiens, they won 4 – 0 against the team.
