Luis Enrique flies to the aid of Donnarumma

After the 2-0 defeat against Arsenal in the Champions League, PSG is looking to relaunch in Ligue 1 this Sunday, against Nice on the 7th day. The only person responsible is the coach. When there is a defeat, it is very sad to hit a player. Donnarumma is often picked on, please leave him alone and pick on me,” he said. According to Luis Enrique, the error is not only attributable to the goalkeeper, but results from a collective problem, recalling that all the steps before the final error must be taken into account.

Donnarumma is not the only one responsible

The coach also underlined that aerial exits are carefully worked on in training before once again defending the Italian goalkeeper: “Are aerial exits worked on? We work on all the phases of the game that we consider important. In the case of the Arsenal match, it was a defensive mistake by the entire team. It’s ugly to go looking for someone responsible,” said Luis Enrique. As the Parisian team prepares for their match against Nice, the coach hopes that the criticism will focus more on the whole group or on himself rather than on a single player.
