“Ayyoub Bouaddi lived a dream”, the Mastiffs congratulate their younger brother after LOSC – Real Madrid

Established at the heart of the game during LOSC – Real Madrid, Ayyoub Bouaddi produced a great performance, confirming, on his birthday, that he had the makings of a great. There was plenty of praise at the final whistle.

At a press conference the day before LOSC’s immense success over Real Madrid (1-0), Bruno Genesio did not hide, stating loudly and clearly that the young Ayyoub Bouaddi (17 years old) was going to take his place in the middle of the field alongside Benjamin André. This confidence, the young Mastiff returned to him on the field, making an almost perfect copy, apart from three losses of the ball, one of which could have proved devastating. At the final whistle, in front of the media, the technician could not avoid questions about him. Ayyoub Bouaddi was one of the attractions of the evening: “You saw it as I did. He turns 17 today (Wednesday) and what better way to celebrate than with a start, a victory, and a big matchhe laughed. He demonstrated all his potential and talent. We know what he is capable of. He suffered an injury which slowed down his progress a little, but as he is a boy who has a very well shaped head, he came back little by little. It’s a great reward for him. He has the talent to play at this level. Now, football is not just an evening and we will have to confirm, even if I am not too worried about that aspect,” concluded Bruno Genesio, impatient to see him put together some great performances.

A few moments earlier, it was Jonathan David who spoke about him, the only question to which he allowed little emotion to filter through: “It’s a day he will never forgetassures the Canadian. Doing that at seventeen, starting against Real Madrid in the Champions League and putting in such a performance, I think he’s living the dream. I’m happy for him and I hope he can continue.”he also hoped, finally agreeing with the comments made by his coach.

Lucas Chevalier concluded the ball of praise. While the question didn’t really concern him, the goalkeeper himself turned to his young teammate whose performance amazed even his own teammates: “I have a thought for little Ayyoub (Bouaddi) who, so far, has been incredible. On his birthday (17 years old), I think he will remember it”he smiled, sincerely proud of the match achieved by his younger brother.
